How did I put on weight?

I put on weight during pregnancy and in the months after delivery. There was no change in my diet but was not exercising.

Starting with weight loss!

In the first week of the program, I lost 1 kg. I lost weight consistently. The recommended diet was very easy to follow.

Getting a new life!

It feels really nice to have lost 10 kgs. I am now looking forward to loosing another 10kgs.
