Eating without keeping in mind what I was eating, under stress, sometimes for enjoyment ,etc.
I have loved the website. It was a surprise or say a bliss to me. I feel absolutely great to see that loosing weight could be so easy, with no starving diets, no tight gyming schedules & no heavy fees to the dietitians
I feel much lighter now, though I still have a long way to go, but I can see my self there in the 'more healthier and lighter me' category
