I had stopped exercising for last two years so in between meals I use to binge on biscuits , chocolates, cold drinks.
I joined TWM in October . I came to know about this through Facebook likes of friends . My nutritionist Mishita helped me with my diet . The diet was very easy to adhere to because all the food ingredients were easily available and I was able to follow them regularly.
I'm feeling good about myself and feeling more active. I'm really happy WITH diet plan. Thank you Mishita (my nutritionist) it was because of you i was able to reach my target weight.!:)
