I put on weight mainly due to improper eating and lack of adequate exercise. Also taking medicines for migraine contributed to my weight gain.
I came to know about the program through an article in the newspaper and I had also read a few articles by Ishi Ji in 'Prevention' magazine.
It has helped me regain my confidence and has helped me look at life from an improved perspective. Thanks to "The Weight Monitor" Enjoy life - you only get it once. Do not crib about what you do not have, rather enjoy what you have. Obviously keeping yourself in good shape and health is key to all enjoyment.
